What Happens After a NoticeSocieti Vue may review a copyright complaint and take appropriate action, including removing or disabling access to allegedly infringing material when warranted.Societi Vue may contact the user responsible for the material and may provide information concerning the complaint as appropriate to administer the copyright process.Submitting a copyright complaint does not automatically guarantee removal of content.5. Counter-NotificationsIf content you posted was removed or disabled because of a copyright complaint and you believe the removal resulted from a mistake or misidentification, you may be entitled to submit a counter-notification.A valid counter-notification under the DMCA generally includes:• Your physical or electronic signature.• Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification.• Your name, address, and telephone number.• The jurisdiction and service-of-process statements required by applicable law.The statutory counter-notification requirements are contained in 17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3). Restoration of ContentWhen Societi Vue receives a legally sufficient counter-notification, it may provide a copy to the person who submitted the original copyright complaint.Under the DMCA process, removed material may generally be restored between 10 and 14 business days after receipt of a compliant counter-notification unless the designated agent receives notice that the complaining party has filed an action seeking a court order concerning the material. Repeat InfringersSocieti Vue may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights or other intellectual property rights when appropriate.Depending on the circumstances, Societi Vue may also remove content, restrict features, suspend Societies, or take other reasonable action.8. False or Misleading Copyright ClaimsDo not knowingly submit false or materially misleading copyright notices or counter-notifications.Federal law may impose liability for certain knowing material misrepresentations made in connection with DMCA notices or counter-notifications.9.
