Find Yours.Societi Vue is built around communities, conversations, interests, creativity, and connection. These Community Guidelines explain what is and is not permitted on the platform.These Guidelines apply to all users, posts, comments, profiles, messages, Societies, photos, videos, and other activity on Societi Vue.By using Societi Vue, you agree to follow these Guidelines and our Terms of Service.1. Respect Other MembersSocieti Vue is designed for people with different backgrounds, interests, experiences, and opinions.Disagreement and debate are allowed. Harassment and abuse are not.Do not engage in targeted harassment, bullying, intimidation, stalking, repeated unwanted contact, or credible threats of violence.2. Hate and Discriminatory AbuseDo not attack, threaten, dehumanize, or promote violence against people based on protected characteristics under applicable law or Societi Vue policies.Discussion of social, cultural, historical, political, religious, or controversial subjects may be permitted, provided it does not violate these Guidelines.3. Threats and ViolenceDo not use Societi Vue to make credible threats of violence, encourage unlawful violence, coordinate violent activity, or target another person for physical harm.Content may be restricted or reported to appropriate authorities where we reasonably believe there is a serious or imminent safety concern.4. Protect ChildrenSocieti Vue has zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation or abuse.Users may not post, request, distribute, promote, solicit, or facilitate child sexual abuse material or sexual exploitation of minors.Apparent violations may result in immediate account action and reports to appropriate authorities or organizations where required by law.5. Sexual Exploitation and Intimate ContentDo not post or distribute nonconsensual intimate imagery, sexually exploit another person, threaten to release intimate material, or use Societi Vue to facilitate sexual exploitation.Content involving sexual abuse or exploitation is prohibited.Additional restrictions may apply to sexually explicit content even when consensual.6. Privacy and Personal InformationRespect other people's privacy.Do not publish another person's highly sensitive personal information without authorization when doing so could expose that person to harm, harassment, fraud, or unwanted contact.This can include home addresses, financial information, passwords, private identification documents, or other sensitive information.Never attempt to obtain another user's password or account credentials.7. Impersonation and DeceptionDo not impersonate another person, business, organization, or public figure in a deceptive manner.Parody, commentary, and fan accounts may be permitted when they are clearly identified and are not being used to deceive others.Do not misrepresent your identity to commit fraud or harm another person.8. SpamDo not flood Societi Vue with repetitive, irrelevant, deceptive, or unsolicited content.Prohibited activity may include automated spam, repetitive comments, unsolicited mass messaging, fake engagement, malicious links, or repeatedly posting the same promotional content across unrelated Societies.9. Self-PromotionCreators, entrepreneurs, filmmakers, musicians, businesses, and other members may promote their work where appropriate.However, self-promotion should contribute to the community rather than overwhelm it.Follow the rules established by individual Societies regarding promotional posts.Repeated unsolicited advertising, deceptive promotions, or mass solicitation may be removed as spam.10. Fraud and ScamsDo not use Societi Vue to deceive or defraud other people.This includes phishing, fraudulent giveaways, fake investment opportunities, fraudulent fundraising, identity theft, financial scams, or intentionally misleading commercial schemes.Never request another member's password or login credentials.11. Illegal Goods and ActivitiesDo not use Societi Vue to facilitate transactions or activities prohibited by applicable law.Content may be removed or restricted where necessary to comply with legal obligations or protect users.12. Copyright and Intellectual PropertyPost only content that you created or have permission or legal authority to use.Do not knowingly upload copyrighted movies, television programs, music, photographs, artwork, software, or other protected material without appropriate rights or authorization.Copyright owners may report alleged infringement through Societi Vue's Copyright & DMCA process.Repeated infringement may result in account restrictions or termination.13. Malware, Hacking and Platform AbuseDo not attempt to damage, compromise, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to Societi Vue or another user's account.This includes distributing malware, phishing, credential theft, malicious scripts, unauthorized scraping, circumventing security systems, or exploiting vulnerabilities.If you discover a potential security vulnerability, report it to Societi Vue rather than exploiting it.14. SocietiesSocieties are communities created around shared interests.Society owners and moderators may establish additional community-specific rules.Those rules cannot override the Societi Vue Terms of Service, these Community Guidelines, or applicable law.Societi Vue may restrict or remove Societies that repeatedly or seriously violate platform policies.15. Society Owners and ModeratorsCreating or moderating a Society does not give a user unlimited authority over other members.Moderators should enforce their rules consistently and must still follow Societi Vue's platform-wide policies.Societi Vue may intervene when necessary to enforce platform rules or protect the Service and its users.16. Blocking and Unwanted ContactUsers may block other members using available platform tools.Do not intentionally circumvent another user's block by creating alternate accounts, using another person's account, or otherwise attempting to continue unwanted contact.17. Reporting ContentIf you encounter content or behavior that you believe violates these Guidelines, use Societi Vue's available reporting tools.Reports should be made in good faith.Do not knowingly submit false reports or coordinate fraudulent reports in an attempt to silence, intimidate, or remove another user.18. EnforcementDepending on the circumstances, Societi Vue may:Remove or restrict content.Issue warnings.Limit particular features.Restrict account visibility or functionality.Suspend accounts.Remove users from Societies.Restrict or remove Societies.Terminate accounts.Take other reasonable actions necessary to protect users or the platform.The action taken may depend on the nature, context, severity, and frequency of the violation.Serious violations may result in immediate action without a prior warning.19. AppealsWhere an appeal feature is available, users may request review of certain moderation decisions.Submitting an appeal does not guarantee that a decision will be reversed.Abuse of the appeal process may be restricted.20. Freedom of Expression and Community SafetySocieti Vue is intended to support conversation, creativity, disagreement, humor, expression, and different points of view.We do not expect everyone to agree.However, freedom to participate in Societi Vue does not mean freedom to threaten, exploit, defraud, harass, or intentionally harm other members.The goal is simple:Express yourself. Find your people. Respect theirs.21. Changes to These GuidelinesSocieti Vue may update these Community Guidelines as the platform develops, new features are introduced, or legal and safety requirements change.Material changes may be communicated to users where appropriate or legally required.The Last Updated date above indicates the current version.22.
